When I think of relationships rooted in quiet, steadfast love, McKenna and Dan come to mind.
Their engagement session at Belle Terra Farms in Monroe, North Carolina, was nothing short of perfection. Belle Terra is a beautiful, sprawling property, but for McKenna it’s even more personal – it’s home. She grew up running through the many acres with her sister and cousins and was at the table for countless extended family dinners by the pond. Soon, she’ll say “I do” to Dan in this very place.
They are ready to step into the next chapter together, and you can tell they’re perfectly suited. Their laughter comes effortlessly, and there is a natural ease in the way they move together – whether sharing a playful moment or standing silently, hand-in-hand.
Even if I could have hand-picked the forecast, I couldn’t have ask for a more ideal evening. The sun provided the kind of golden warmth that makes everything feel right. Sunlight danced through the branches of the large elm tree and glistened across the pond, wrapping McKenna and Dan in a soft, glowing light. There’s something serene about their love – calm and devoted, like it’s always known where it belongs.
The engagement session was not only seamless but genuinely joyful. It was such a privilege to capture these moments, knowing that the very place where McKenna grew up will now witness their vows and become part of their new story as husband and wife.
McKenna and Dan, your sweet love is inspiring, and I can’t wait to be back at Belle Terra Farms for your wedding day.
