After our meeting, you’ll receive a contract and invoice for the $1200 non-refundable retainer. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding day.
From there, I’ll send over a detailed wedding questionnaire designed to gather everything I need to thoughtfully create your photography timeline.
Two to three weeks before the wedding, we’ll review the timeline and details together, making any final adjustments. This step ensures your day flows smoothly and allows you to stay present while I take care of the rest.

During our conversation, you’ll share your aesthetic vision, priorities, and any ideas or dreams you’re holding onto. I’ll walk you through my approach, answer your questions, and help you feel confident moving forward.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Following our conversation, you’ll receive a contract to officially move ahead. Once it’s signed, I’ll send over a portrait questionnaire designed to gather the details I need to thoughtfully plan your session.
Your full invoice will be emailed one week prior to your session and is due by the session date.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
While photography has been a passion of mine my whole life, I began my professional journey in 2013.
For over ten years I have been blessed to capture a myriad of weddings, families, graduates, and a handful of newborns.
Throughout those years, I have never stopped learning and growing in my craft. In addition to my film photography classes in college, I have complete many photography courses covering everything from posing and editing to small business.

For portrait sessions (family, graduate, branding, engagements):
I aim to deliver your photos within two weeks. From a typical portrait session, you can expect to receive 30 high-resolution, beautifully edited images.
For weddings: I provide a sneak peek of 15 to 20 images within a week to relive those first magical moments right away. Your full gallery will be ready within 8–10 weeks, showcasing approximately 800 high-resolution, professionally edited images from an 8–12 hour wedding day.

All my main wedding packages come with a second photographer, which is so helpful for such an important event. It’s like having an extra set of eyes to capture all the special moments!
While I’m photographing the bride getting ready, they’ll be with the groom, ensuring nothing is missed. This means even more beautiful photos for you!

I guarantee your digital images will remain on my proof site for one year.
While I keep all final images safely stored on backup hard drives for many additional years, I strongly recommend downloading them and creating your own backups. And don’t forget to print them! :-)
